Insect repellent
Bugbegone Insect spray
I initially used myself as a test victim in my backyard in Minnesota. My backyard backed up to a swamp and there are swarms of mosquitos that attack, even when I am working in the sun. To test this formula, I used myself as a guinia pig. I put my lotion on one arm and nothing on the other and walked out to the comfrey patch where they like to hide. As I saw the swarm rise out of the bushes I had second thoughts about what I was doing. I literally had over 20 mosquitos on the untreated arm and only had 2 mosquitos circle the arm that my insect repellant lotion was on (one tried to land but was unable). When I was done testing (which lasted less then 5 minutes) I had over 54 bites on my untreated arm and leg and 2 on my treated arm and leg. I have had clients take my Bugbegone repellent into the North Woods (read: mosquito central) and had it protect small children from being eaten alive. My formula contains Catnip (nature's DEET), yarrow, lemon grass, eucalyptus, lavender and basil. I have had people swear that it works beter then DEET. Stress Reduction- A combination of rose geranium, basil, verivet and lavender essential oils create this deeply relaxing blend. It is very good for reducing tension in the environment (work, school, etc.). I initially created this one to help me relax while taking tests in college. I used to spray it the air around me and pretty soon most of the nursing students around me where asking me to spray around them too. Makes a great gift for stressed-out co-workers!
Healing Earth- is a refreshing yet invigorating, lemony blend of eucalyptus, lemongrass, tea tree, and lavender essential oils. The spray can be used as a substitute for surface disinfectants ( I use it on mildew prone surfaces, and on linens), or sprayed into the air to kill respitory viruses. The bath salts and body oil can be used to treat skin infections and parasites.
Diabetic Delight- This blend was created initially as a foot soak to help heal diabetic ulcers on several of my clients feet. My clients enjoyed it so much they started using it in the bath and as a body oil to help prevent dry skin, and skin infection. Improves circulation to arms and legs, and heals small cuts quickly so that they do not turn into diabetic ulcers. This blend contains Cederwood, tea-tree. lavender, basil, and orangeesential oils.
Peppermint Foot Soak- This was created early in my nursing career because so many nurses complained of sore feet. This blend contains peppermint and tea tree essential oils.

Isis Unveiled- Experience the mystery of ancient Egypt. Made with Sandalwood, patchouli, verivet, rose, and Egyptian jasmine essential oils. This combination is deeply scented and was created to help one connect to the deeper spiritual mysteries.
Aphrodites Desire- A deeply sensual and relaxing blend containing rose, Egyptian jasmine, lavender, and frankincense essential oils. I have been told that this scent makes the wearers feel like queens or goddess.
Dianas Forest Blend- This blend reminds me of the forests of England and how Diana and her hounds hunted under the moonlight. This blend contains Cederwood, balsam, patchouli, and sandalwood essential oils.
Arianrhod- This blend is created in honor of the great mother aspect of the Triple Goddess in Wales, which is a place steeped in history and myth. This blend contains rose, rose geranium, frankincense, and sandalwood essential oils (bath salts contain rose petals).

Salves
My salves are known and used throughout the Midwest not only by my herbal clients but by chiropractors and natural healers who have gotten excellent results from using them. I use fresh herbs either grown in my garden or responsibly wildcrafted from their natural settings. I then infuse olive oil with these herbs for several hours while giving the preparations special attention. Local beeswax is then added to create a medicine that penetrates the skin and heals deeply.
Carpel Tunnel/Arthritis Salve

Sore Muscle Rub
I created this essential oil based salve as a better smelling alternative to other sore muscle rubs that contain petroleum products. Lymes Disease Cleansing kit
Lymes disease is caused by the same parasite as syphilis and is caused by Borrelia burgdorferi, a type of bacterium called a spirochete, which requires a specialized deep cleanse. This cleanse will at first build up the immune system so that the body can assist in getting rid of they disease. The herbs that are given next are aimed at getting the infection to loosen its hold on the nerve and muscle cells (it has hooked spikes that deeply attach to cells). The next batch of herbs is aimed at killing the spirochete, and getting it out of your system. A short juice fast (3-5 days) is reccommended during this cleanse. After the cleanse other herbs will be given to help rebuild the nerves and nervous system that the spirochetes destroyed. This is a 10-20 day program.

Cancer Detoxification/Building Kit
In my experience, people with cancer need a special blend of detoxification/building which aims to assist the body get rid of the cancer naturally. This kit can be used in conjunction with chemotherapy agents and/or radiation. This kit works by first cleansing the liver, blood and lymphatic systems which then assists the body to work more efficiently. The next step includes taking herbs that increase the immune system's natural defences, so that it can help fight the cancer.
